When using the Arizona Residential Purchase Contract, you’ll need to include information about your loan and attach a copy of your loan pre-approval letter called an LSR or loan status report.
The LSR was created by the Arizona Association of Realtors to standardize loan information from the various lenders. In my opinion, it is a great document. The LSR outlines the steps a home buyer and mortgage lender have taken to pre-qualify the buyer for a loan and outlines the type of loan the home buyers is approved to use.
Below is a video tutorial we’ve created to give you an overview of the LSR. Your mortgage lender, real estate agent or attorney can provide you with more information about this document.
